Frequently asked questions
Which forms of payment can be used at the H&Hotels?
All reservations have to be guaranteed by a valid credit card. We accept a majority of common payment cards, such as e.g. American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau, MasterCard, or Visa.
Before checking in the guest has to prove his or her identity by a valid credit card issued in his or her name. There shall be a bank balance at the disposal corresponding to coverage of the costs for accommodation and possible extra charges. Cash payments will be collected at the check out, and the credit card will be disengaged together with realisation of the cash payment. We accept advance payments in cash, but also in this case the client is asked to submit a valid credit card for the purpose of verifying the bank balance for possible extra charges. Advance payments in a form of cheque shall be delivered 2 weeks before the guest’s arrival at the latest.
Do you charge any fees if I do not cancel my reservation?
If you do not cancel your reservation and do not arrive to the hotel on the planned date, you will be deducted a fee at the amount of reimbursement for the first night of your stay from your credit card. The same fee will be charged in the case of a late cancellation of your reservation (less than 24 hours before the planned beginning of your stay). We do not charge any fees for a cancellation of the stay more than 24 hours before the arrival.
Do you provide a 24-hour service of the reception?
Yes, in a majority of our hotels the reception is in service 24 hours a day. Despite this fact we would like to ask you a favour – in case you are planning a late arrival to our hotel, please, inform us in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
At what time can I check in to the hotel?
The check-in is possible on the day of your arrival, always from 2 p.m.
At what time at the latest do I have to leave the hotel?
Usually at 12 o’clock. We are able to extend the deadline of your departure from the hotel until 4 p.m.
