Do you also have hotels outside of Prague?
Outside of Prague, we operate two accommodation centres, the four-star Romantic Hotel Mlýn Karlštejn and the three-star Penzion Karlštejn. They are located at Karlštejn 25 km away from Prague below one of the most famous castles in Czech history.
Do your hotels also have conference rooms?
Yes, our hotels have conference rooms for up to 300 people that are suitable for various events and social events. You can find a complete list of these rooms in the section Conferences & Events.
Where can the prices be found and reservations be made?
The best and fastest way is through our website, either our central website www.hhotels.cz or the website of each hotel. On our central website, you select a hotel in the upper left corner, select your arrival and departure dates and click on Book. A list of available rooms and the current prices on the selected date will appear. Alternatively, you can use our central booking department and the contacts below. Why should I make a reservation through your website?
The advantage of a direct booking is the absence of third parties; you conclude the accommodation contract directly with us. Another advantage is the absence of any hidden fees. What services do the hotels offer?
All the hotels and common areas have high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access. The restaurant services, parking options, Spa and Wellness and other services vary according to the different hotels, and information can be found on the websites of the individual hotels.

Yes, all accommodation offers always include breakfast.
Do you accept groups in your hotels?

What are the arrival and departure times and the possibilities for luggage storage?
At the hotels in Prague, the standard accommodation time starts at 14:00 and the departure time is 11:00. Depending on the hotel's options, an earlier arrival or later departure is also possible for a surcharge. If you are interested, we can store your luggage at the reception free of charge. The arrival and departure times of the Karlštejn branches vary, and you can find information about them in the booking process or in the FAQ section on the websites of the hotels.
What payment methods do you accept?
Clients can pay for their stay in cash in CZK or EUR, or by credit card, where the final price may vary slightly based on the client's current exchange rate.
